Shipping & Handling

Products will generally be shipped via UPS.  Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours unless ordering hand carved or special custom leather products, and depending upon the complexity of the order, (such as hand carving,) it will be shipped within 10-14 days or sooner.  

Return Policy

Check your ordered product upon receipt.  If you have ordered the wrong size or there is a situation where you are not satisfied, within seven (7) days, e-mail  us first and we will instruct you on the next step.  If an item is returned, it must be in 100% condition as when received.  If the product was already paid for, we will refund your money, less the shipping and handling, within thirty (30) days. 

Items of intimate wear such as leather jocks, cock rings/straps cannot be returned due to hygiene unless there is a defect in the product.  If you are unsure if the item you order falls under this category, please e-mail us at adonisleathercrafters.com.
